Getting Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable

Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is the only step you need to take in your life and the rest of the things will fall naturally in the right place.

I know it's a lot to ask stepping out of your comfort zone where you feel secure, happy but ask your self if you are really happy or just comfortable?

Let's face it stepping out of the comfort zone is one of the hardest things we can imagine doing.
We, humans, have a thing in our genes called fear which is the main hindrance.

Basically, we are afraid of almost everything from seen to unseen, from failure, changes and most importantly ''What others will think?'', ''What they will say?'' they are not feeding you, are they? They are not taking care of your bills.  Then why their opinion matters?

I've been there. I've wanted to start blogging for a long time but I couldn't. I let my fears control my ambition. It took me a long time to realize that these fears are ridiculous because sleeping with my comfort zone is also a failure.

No matter what you'll do society will find something to comment for back bitching. 

कुछ तो लोग कहेंगे, लोगों का काम है कहना (Kuch to log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna)





 Now, let's find out whether your comfort zone is a hindrance to your path of success or not.

Do you love meeting new people? Are you able to interact with them without any kind of fear or anxiety? Do you get a panic attack while doing something new?

If you answered No to any of these questions. Then you probably are being hindered by your comfort zone.

How to step out of your comfort zone.

1)  Discover the root cause of your fear- Find out why you created that comfort zone. Why you can't put your neck back in the real world again? Is it fear of rejection or fear of failure or whatever find it out and work on it. Just because you weren't able to succeed once doesn't mean you will fail again.

2) Ward off fear- Train your subconscious mind. Tell yourself that you are fearless. Don't ward yourself from little chaos, unforeseen adventure, and unanticipated challenges Because these can put your shoes out of the bubble.

3) Wreck your neck, and innovate something new- Getting stuck in a routine is easy but trying something new is challenging which can burst your comfortable bubble Try making small changes like new dishes, new restaurants or maybe solo dating.

So, just create the storm and let it blow the fear and related regalia to come up with fresh and lite you because  ज़िन्दगी न मिलेगी दोबारा (Zindagi na milegi dobara)
